Dolmen of axeitos

Built between 3,600 and 4,000 BC, it is considered the “parthenon of Galician megalithism”.

It is one of the main exponents of the Neolithic culture in Galicia. The collective tomb is in the middle of a small oak forest, in the middle of a green area fenced with large granite slabs. The small sign at the entrance announces that we are in front of a funerary monument known as “a piedra do Mouro”.
